We offer FREE standard shipping and an express shipping flat rate of AU$12.95 for all Australian orders - Shipped via Australia Post.

International shipping fees are calculated at check out once the customer has provided shipping address details:

Shipping rate for China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, United States: $25.00 (AUD) - Australia Post Standard International - Estimated delivery time is 6-27 business days depending on shipping address/country.

Shipping rate for Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom: $35.00 (AUD)  - Australia Post Standard International - Estimated delivery time 6-27 business days depending on delivery address/country.

We have several warehouses for items shipping from overseas. Depending on the item and the shipping location, the delivery conditions are as follows:

Shipping rate (from AU$15.00 to AU35.00) is calculated at checkout once the customer has provided delivery address details - Standard shipping (estimated delivery within 8-15 business days).

The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs and/or import fees that you may incur. Customer is responsible to cover all these overseas GST/VAT, import, customs charges. Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.

Delivery Time Estimates & TRACKING - For Items shipped from Australia Warehouse via Australia Post:

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed with an Australia Post Registered Post tracking number to follow the progress of your order delivery.

You can track your item through the Australia Post website.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. If your order falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Once your order is packed and shipped, please allow:

1-4 business days for your order to be delivered to you with Australia Post Express Shipping.

2-8 business days for your order to be delivered to you with Australia Post Standard Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Once your order is packed and shipped, please allow:

6-27 business days for your order to be delivered to you with Australia Post International Standard Shipping.

Please note that above timeframes are estimates only and there might be some delivery delays during busy periods (Christmas period, public holidays, sale periods, Black Friday). Please note, processing delays due to; customs, public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors are not within our control. To avoid delays and delivery to a wrong address, please make sure that you give your correct shipping/delivery address at the time you place your order.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@ozvary.com.au

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING

OZVARY is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit for any reason. 

An online store credit (e-Gift card) less any delivery fees will be issued for all parcels returned to us in the post and marked "return to sender" or “not at this address” by Australia Post or its contractors. We do not resend parcels to you for free once they have been sent back to us in the post undelivered. You will therefore be required to pay the delivery costs if you wish the parcel to be re-delivered to you.
