Good customer service is a vital part of our business so if you change your mind for any reason, you can return the item to us to request a refund* or an online store credit (e-gift card)*

Please note that we have a 14-day return policy for all return requests, including the returns for faulty or wrongly shipped products. Upon receiving your parcel, please check your item and let us know within 14 days after delivery date if you would like to return it.
Refunds
We provide a full refund (including shipping cost) only if you received a product with a manufacturing fault or you were shipped the wrong product by us. For more details, please see below - Faulty or Wrong Products.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product, and let you know within 1-3 business days if your return request is approved or not. If approved, you will either be refunded via your original payment method or be provided with an online store credit (in the form of an e-Gift Card) depending on your preference. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchased product for any other reason and would like to return it to us, we still offer providing you either with an online store credit or with a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping cost (if applicable). Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where OZVARY accepts that it has made an error or there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
OZVARY will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit.
We recommend following the returns instructions provided in the parcel delivered to you and returning your product via registered post.
Faulty or Wrong Products
All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or wrongly-shipped product, please return it to us within 14 days upon receiving your parcel. If we accept that the product is faulty or has been wrongly-shipped, we are more than happy to provide you either with a full refund, including the original shipping cost (if applicable) or with an online store credit (e-gift card) depending on your preference.
To return a faulty or wrongly-shipped product back to us, please refer to the OZVARY RETURN PORTAL. Once your return request is approved, pack and post your product with all original tags attached on it. Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are received by OZVARY.
No Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on a returned product. Eligible returns will be issued with an Online Store Credit - Please see below for more details. OZVARY will not issue an exchange and/or online store credit on products that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning your product with a registered post.
Online Store Credit (e-Gift Card)
If you returned an eligible product and ticked ‘Online Store Credit’ on your return form, you will be issued with an ‘Online Store Credit (in the form of e-gift card). You can then use your online store credit to purchase an alternative size, colour or product.
Please note that when using the issued Online Store Credit, your new product needs to be either of the same value or higher than the returned product. If the total price of your new item is higher than the returned product, you will need to pay the price difference. If a discount code was used on the original purchase, it will be issued back to you again so that you can apply the discount code to eligible products.
All online store credits (e-gift cards), including e-gift cards purchased from our website, are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed towards any full-price, sale or final sale items across our website.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us within 14 days upon its delivery to you and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged or unused, with all original tags/labels attached, in its original packing and must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
If your return fails the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you will be notified about the assessment and the product will be returned to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable and non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and on online store credits (in the form of e-gift cards - issued by us or purchased from our website). Sales are final and cannot be returned to us for an online store credit, exchange or refund - unless the item received is faulty or your order was shipped by us incorrectly.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable except in cases where OZVARY has made an error or in the case of a manufacturing fault.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO OZVARY
Before proceeding with your return request, please read our full Refund/Return Policy available on this page.
1. Go to OZVARY RETURN PORTAL and follow the instructions there.
2. Once/if your return request is approved, pack and post your product with all original tags attached on it.
3. Make sure that the product is in its original packaging and eligible for a return.
4. Send your parcel back to us via a traceable post method. Please keep a copy of your tracking number - The product is under your responsibility until it is delivered back to us. Please also note that the shipping cost of the returned product will be at your own expense.
5. Once we have received the item, we will process your return within 1-3 business days and will contact you for the resolution.
